Attention Rodeo Fans:
The rodeo world recently lost a close friend and member Sonny Hansen in a tragic, horse-related accident. A competitor, pickup man, college rodeo team coach, and all-around hand, Sonny will be missed by all of us.
In Sonny’s memory, The Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Committee has started a memorial fund dedicated to the future education of Sonny’s beloved twin boys, Chase and Clayton.
Donations may be made to the Bank of Eastern Oregon at 101 Hogan Street or P.O. Box 308, Enterprise, OR 97828 or sent directly to The Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Committee at P.O. Box 13, Joseph, OR 97846.
The CJDR committee is challenging other PRCA committees to meet or beat its pledge of $1,000.00 to the memorial fund, however any individual or group donations of any dollar amount would be appreciated. We have currently collected $3395. A big thank you to the Pendleton Roundup for their $2000 donation.
