Young Chief Joseph

His Nez Perce name was Hinmut-too-yah-lat-kekeht

which when translated into English means “Thunder Rolling in the Mountains.” He is commemorated in dozens of ways. His likeness is everywhere it seems, and his name is ubiquitous. A town is named after him, as a hotel, a rodeo and a mountain.

2018 CJD COURT 1_001

From left to right: Princess Rylee Goller and Queen Deidre Schreiber

Queen Deidre Schreiber

My family includes my brothers Clancy, Cole and Devin, as well as my parents Debi and Charlie Warnock. We split our time between our house in Enterprise, and our commercial cattle ranch in Imnaha.
My hobbies include showing cattle and horses, FFA, 4-H, reading, baking, cooking, and working on the ranch.
I have maintained a 3.8 GPA and was awarded a scholar athlete award for volleyball and cheerleading season.
I hope to attend Oregon State University to major in Ag Education with ambitions to become an Ag teacher.

Princess Rylee Goller

My family and I have always lived in Wallowa County. My parents are Curtis Goller, and Joe and Linda Estes. I have three older sisters, four older brothers, and one younger brother. We have always been an active family riding horses, hiking, running, and spending time together.
I have many hobbies that include horseback riding, swimming, weight lifting, and volleyball.
My current GPA through all of High school has been 4.0. I was inducted into the National Honor Society as a freshman. I have won scholastic awards in physical science, biology, English, and fitness & conditioning.
